Mission Statement

Carman/Dufferin Communities in Bloom is a nonprofit, charitable, organization of volunteers beautifying the community to enhance quality of life, create a healthy environment, and promote opportunities for social and economic development.

Carman Dufferin Communities in Bloom originated in 2019 with 12-13 members. At that time our ultimate goal was to apply for and be prepared for the “Communities in Bloom” judges to visit our community in July/August 2020. Due to the Pandemic our goal changed to focusing on our community.
