Carman/Dufferin Communities in Bloom has had an exciting and busy 2026 season! We completed our Manitoba CIB evaluation on July 30th, to be evaluated on six key criteria: General Appearance, Environmental Action, Heritage Conservation, Tree Management, Landscaping, and Plant & Floral Displays. Scores for our community will be measured in "Blooms."

On Saturday, September 26th 2026, the Carman Dufferin Communities in Bloom committee attended the Manitoba Communities in Bloom AGM in Niverville to receive a 5 Bloom Rating!!! (details here).  We are incredibly proud of the entire community for making Carman-Dufferin such a beautiful place to live.
