Carman/Dufferin Communities in Bloom is gearing up for an exciting and busy 2026 season! We have submitted our application to the Manitoba CIB chapter to be evaluated on six key criteria: General Appearance, Environmental Action, Heritage Conservation, Tree Management, Landscaping, and Plant & Floral Displays. Participants will receive scores measured in "Blooms."
